Final Preserves Classes for 2019!

Retro Fruit Preserving:

7th June, 2019

Venue:  The Cobb & Co. Coach House, adjacent to the Village Green and Yarn Market, corner of Bank Street and Gidley Street, Molong, NSW.

Attendee Numbers:  Limited to 20 people

Cost/person:  $25.00 – Includes Afternoon Tea

Your RSVP should include advice of any food disabilities.

You get to see the whole process from peeling the fruit to lifting the finished product from the preserving unit.  Jasmin will answer questions during afternoon tea while waiting for the preserves in the unit to complete the cooking process.

Fowler Vacola Equipment and Greentrees Gourmet Preserves Products will be available for sale on the day.

Jam Making Classes  –  12th July,    9th August,  13th September

The jam-making classes are being held due to the considerable interest and requests by earlier class attendees for knowledge on how to make jam from fruit they  suddenly find available to them – and which they wish to utilise into a delicious product for family and friends –  and not waste.
